Columbus, Ohio, July 6, 2022— Green Clean Express Auto Wash recently expanded into Richmond, Virginia with the opening of two car wash sites at 4810 Nine Mile Rd and 8201 Brook Road
in Richmond. The two Richmond locations are joining Green Clean’s existing portfolio of 12 locations throughout Hampton Roads, Charlottesville and Richmond, Virginia, as well as Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The Company utilized both the Nine Mile Rd and Brook Rd Grand Openings to raise $8,929.18 for the Little Hands Virginia, to help further their mission of providing essentials and a little extra love to young children in need in the Greater Richmond region.
During the Grand Opening, Green Clean Express Auto Wash offered a free signature “Clean Extreme” car wash ($20 value) to every customer in exchange for a monetary donation to Little Hands Virginia. Green Clean Express Auto Wash also offered discounted retail gift cards with all proceeds donated back to the non-profit organization. Throughout the two Grand Openings, Green Clean Express Auto Wash gave away more than 4,800free car washes at a retail value of more than $96,680.
“We have loved getting to serve the Hampton Roads area throughout the previous years,” said Shawn Everett, Green Clean Express Auto Wash Founder. “However, we are grateful for the opportunity to expand further into Virginia and specifically, into the Richmond area. Through donations, fundraising, and crowd sourcing for new and “like new” baby items, Little Hands provides essential items to over 1,000 children each year in partnership with 50 local agencies, hospitals, homeless shelters, and other nonprofits.
Green Clean Express currently operates 13 locations throughout Hampton Roads, Charlottesville and Richmond, Virginia, and North Carolina. The company has an additional 3 locations currently under construction, with more locations pending announcement.
