Community Partners

Over 70 Local and State Partners

Little Hands Virginia works with a network of over 70 local and state partners to identify those most in need of support in our community. We work solely through a partner referral model intentionally. Our partners are each on the ground, in the community, working in different ways to provide services including healthcare, education, home visiting, housing and many other supports.

Working alongside our partners, Little Hands fill a unique role in our region’s ecosystem of support – making sure that families have the essential items for some of the most vulnerable in our community – young children.

Each month, Little Hands serves on average 200 children in the community through our individual request program, and distributes about 30,000 diapers to patners to rapidly provide to families in the region experiencing diaper need.

We are always looking to add new partners to the network of community organizations we work with. Please contact us about the process to become a partner with Little Hands Virginia, which includes: a brief application; a call or meeting between our executive director and your organization’s executive director or program director; and, a tour and training for any staff that will use our programs.
